Sydney C. Choslovsky, M.D.

Sydney C. Choslovsky achieved his Bachelor of Science and MD degrees, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Manitoba in Canada. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians – Canada, and is a Fellow of The American College of Chest Physicians. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases with a special interest in the treatment and management of sleep disorders. He is the past president of The American Lung Association of Santa Clara County, and was the Director of Respiratory Therapy at San Jose Medical Center for 15 years. He is a member of the California Thoracic Society, California Medical Association, and the Santa Clara County Medical Association.

He has practiced pulmonology & internal medicine in San Jose since 1975. He has been married for 40 years, has two children, and one grandson. He is an avid reader, and enjoys golf and travel.

 

Donald A. Wroblewski, M.D.

Donald A. Wroblewski received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He received his MD degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, and completed his medical internship, residency, and Pulmonary fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.

Dr. Wroblewski is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease with a special interest in the treatment and management of sleep disorders. He is a Fellow in the American College of Chest Physicians, and is a longstanding member of the California Medical Association and the Santa Clara County Medical Association.

He practiced pulmonology & internal medicine in Denver, Colorado from 1980 to 1990, and in San Jose since 1991. He is married, and has two children.

 

Sudha Karupaiah, M.D.
Internal Medicine, Sleep Disorders, Geriatrics, Adolescent Care

Sudha Karupaiah received her MD degree from Bangalore Medical College in Bangalore, India. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Harlem Hospital through Columbia University in New York.

Dr. Karupaiah is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with special interests in women's health, geriatrics, and adloescents. She is also Board Certified in Sleep Disorders.

She has practiced Internal Medicine in San Jose since 2004. She has been married for 15 years and has two children. Dr. Karupaiah is an avid swimmer and enjoys playing the keyboard.
